For decades, Roadrunner Restoration, now a division of Progressive Fire & Flood, Inc., has provided a unique “Turn Key Solution” to clients within North America, offering full service disaster recovery, restoration and reconstruction services to the commercial, industrial and multi-family industries. Roadrunner also serves local, state and national government entities through the CFP cooperative agreement awarded to Roadrunner based on the 44CFR Part 13.36 procured “Disaster Recovery and Restoration” contract. As network members of Disaster Kleenup International (DKI), Roadrunner is poised to respond and mobilize rapidly to a catastrophe of any scope, with over 300 affiliate offices nationally. As a trusted mitigation and reconstruction contractor for many insurance carriers, Roadrunner’s motto of “Do the Right Thing” defines the confidence with which our services are provided through many “Direct Repair Programs” facilitated by the carriers themselves.

While Roadrunner offers a comprehensive range of services, in many cases we work alongside other companies who have a previous relationship with a client in a specific area. This reflects our unique ability to serve a client, yet maintain a balance between the insurance adjuster, client personnel and other companies within the scope of a project. Roadrunner’s experience includes every possible degree of damage - from wide spread regional catastrophe to single loss events seen on a daily basis. While projects may range from $5,000 to $50,000,000 and beyond, the experience and professionalism provided by our staff is consistent, and ensures realistic expectations are established at the beginning of a project, setting the stage for good relations with everyone involved.
